Terms & Conditions

Organiser

The congress is organised by Eludia Events S.r.l. — Società Benefit (the Organising Secretariat), registered office Via Cassia 699, 00189 Rome (RM), Italy — operational office Via Armando Diaz 23, 00069 Trevignano Romano (RM), Italy. VAT no. 18183241001, REA RM 1767244, share capital € 10,000 fully paid-up, PEC eludiaevents@legalmail.it, email info@allaround.eludiaevents.it, tel +39 06 92918727.

Registration and fees

Registration fees (net of 22% VAT, added at checkout): Early registration €400 (until 31 August 2026), Late registration €500 (from 1 September 2026), Reduced fee €250 (Residents, Midwives, Nurses, Physiotherapists).

Registration includes access to all scientific sessions and live surgery, congress materials and badge, certificate of attendance, welcome coffee and refreshment breaks. It does not include travel or accommodation.

Italian VAT at 22% applies to all participants; for admission to an event held in Italy the reverse-charge mechanism does not apply.

Consumers and professionals

These terms apply both to consumers and to participants registering in a business or professional capacity (for example, companies registering their staff, or professionals acting within their profession). The protections reserved to consumers under the Italian Consumer Code — in particular the rules on the right of withdrawal and the consumer's mandatory place of jurisdiction — apply only to participants who qualify as consumers within the meaning of that Code; participants who are not consumers are not entitled to those protections.

Payment and invoicing

Payment is by credit/debit card or PayPal (processed by our payment providers Stripe and PayPal) or by bank transfer. Registration is confirmed once payment is received.

The invoice is issued by the Organising Secretariat. For Italian VAT-registered customers it is issued electronically via the Italian Exchange System (SdI): at checkout we collect the SdI recipient code or PEC, the VAT/tax number and the address. For Italian final consumers the e-invoice is sent to the SdI and a courtesy copy is e-mailed to you. For foreign customers not established in Italy the invoice is issued as a PDF (it does not go through the SdI). In all cases Italian VAT at 22% is shown on the invoice.

Cancellations and refunds

Registrations are personal. Cancellations must be requested in writing to info@allaround.eludiaevents.it. Refunds: (i) for cancellations received at least 15 calendar days before the start date — refund less a 10% administrative fee; (ii) for cancellations between 15 and 3 working days before the start — 50% of the registration fee; (iii) for cancellations beyond these terms, or no-show — no refund is due. Once the congress has started no refund is due, save for documented force majeure assessed case by case.

As an alternative to a refund you may transfer your registration to the next edition, or use the fee paid as credit towards another Eludia Events programme, within 12 months (any price difference to be settled). Organisations registering their staff may substitute the participant's name up to 3 working days before the start, at no extra cost.

Right of withdrawal: this contract concerns the supply of a service on a specific date (the congress on 5–6 November 2026). Under Art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities supplied on a specific date or period of performance. In addition, where the participant expressly requests and consents to the performance of the service beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, the participant acknowledges, under Art. 59(1)(a), that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. In any event, in place of the statutory right of withdrawal, the cancellation and refund terms set out above apply, granting the participant broader cancellation and refund options.

CME/ECM credits

CME/ECM accreditation has been requested (provider: MedicalNet) for the following categories: Midwives, Nurses, Physiotherapists, and specialists in Gynaecology, Urology and Coloproctology.

To obtain the credits, participants must belong to an accredited profession, attend at least 90% of the sessions (attendance is tracked), pass the final learning assessment (≥75%) and complete the quality questionnaire. The certificate bearing the credits is issued digitally within 60 days of the event.

Changes, postponement and cancellation by the Organiser

The Organiser may change the programme, speakers, dates or venue for organisational or force-majeure reasons, postpone the event with reasonable notice, or cancel it if the minimum number of participants is not reached or in cases of force majeure. Any change is published on this website.

In the event of a substantial change (change of city, or postponement of more than 60 days) the participant may cancel and obtain a full refund by giving written notice within 7 days of the announcement. If the Organiser cancels the event, the registration fee is fully refunded within 30 days and no further claims arise.

Image and recording rights

Recording of participants — The congress is documented through photographs and video. Images in which participants are not individually identifiable (room overviews, general shots) are processed for event-documentation purposes on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Publication on social media and promotional materials of images in which a participant is individually identifiable takes place only with prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Arts. 96–97 of Italian Law 633/1941), collected at registration or on site. You may object to being filmed at any time by notifying the Organising Secretariat.

Live surgery and patient protection — The live-surgery sessions record only the surgical field. Patients undergoing the procedures are not identifiable: their face and any other identifying data are not filmed or are masked. Patients' informed consent to the recording and to any educational broadcast/recording is collected and managed by the healthcare facility performing the procedures, as autonomous controller of the health-data processing under Arts. 9 and 6 GDPR. Eludia Events does not process patients' health data, except in anonymous form that cannot be linked to identifiable individuals.

Intellectual property and use of the website

All congress materials and the contents of this website (texts, images, logos, graphics, video, databases, software) are the exclusive property of Eludia Events S.r.l. or its licensors and are protected by Italian and international copyright/IP law. They may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes; reproduction, commercial exploitation, modification, distribution, web scraping or data mining without written authorisation is prohibited.

Liability and governing law

The Organiser is not liable for damage to property or loss of personal belongings during the event, save in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and save for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Organiser's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own act, nor any liability that, vis-à-vis a consumer, cannot be excluded or limited under the Italian Consumer Code. In respect of financial loss only and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser's liability is limited to the registration fee paid and excludes indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by Italian law. The court of Rome has jurisdiction; however, where the participant qualifies as a consumer, the mandatory forum is the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
